Our Infrastructure

Size of the site: This site has a build up area of about 600.0 sq.

Building construction is of R.C.C. Exterior walls are painted using water proofing chemicals to prevent water seepages/leakages. Walls within production areas are painted with washable Paint / coated with epoxy resin and floors are coated/ painted with epoxy paint. Coving is done in production areas to prevent dust collection and ease of cleaning. For proper illumination adequate lighting and glass panels are fixed. All lighting in the process areas is either flushed or enclosed in the ceiling. The ceilings in the critical areas are done with false ceiling to smoothness and painted with washable emulsion paint / coated with epoxy resin. In production facility, all the core areas provided with separate Personal air lock for personal entry and Material Airlock or Pass-box for material movement. All the core area's to minimize the possibility of occurrence of contamination and cross contamination.

• ✓ Differential pressures are maintained at each stage of manufacturing and processing areas to take care of cross contamination.
• ✓ Materials are stored in controlled environment on either pallets or rack and maintained its identity by status labeling procedure to avoid mix-up.
• ✓ Protective gowning and facilities are provided to take care of product and personnel safety.
