Our unit is located at Tarapur MIDC having manufacturing facility of Liquid oral and external preparation. Suryarise Healthcare successfully FDA approved and operates according to GMP standards.
Facilities in Suryarise Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. :
✓ Separate Air Handling Unit (AHU) for each zone. Each of the primary packaging departments its own separate AHUs.
✓ In-House purify water plant of Reverse Osmosis system & Electro deionization Water.
✓ In the house, we have a fully equipped physicochemical laboratory.
✓ In the house, we have a fully equipped Microbiology laboratory.
✓ Separate Dispensing Booth & Sampling Booth to avoid cross-contamination.
✓ Air Conditioning is provided wherever required i.e. Stability, Secondary Packaging, Retain Sample and Instrument Lab, etc..
✓ ETP installed as per Maharashtra Pollution Control Board(MPCB).
✓ Air-Curtains & PVC curtains are Installed at required entries to prevent air- contamination.
